International network of the NWTC: Building water and sanitation skills worldwide

The International Office for Water, as Secretary of the International Network of Water Training Centers (INWTC), organized an event on "Building water and sanitation skills worldwide", at the French pavilion, during the World Water Forum on 15 March 2012.
