« DEVINE » : a Master's degree in Water Development and Engineering

The University of Limoges and the International Office for Water offer a professional "MASTER II" diploma, oriented towards emerging countries, to train managers of drinking water and wastewater services. The aim of this diploma is to offer continuing training leading to a diploma to technical managers in the field of water.

It is intended for current and future sector managers seeking the following skills:

•  Hydraulics, chemistry, biology, engineering sciences,
•  Drinking Water and Waste Water Processes,
•  Social engineering, local contexts, promotion and awareness,
•  Sizing of works, Project management and supervision,
•  Service management issues (technical, administrative, financial, communication),
•  Techniques resilient to climate change.

The Master "DEVINE" benefits from the most complete and extensive educational and technical platforms in Europe developed by the International Office for Water for over 25 years. It also draws on teaching and research materials from GRESE and ENSIL.
