Description of the project: 

The Training and Improvement Programme was conceived as a supporting measure to the adjustment of the sanitation assets, as part of the cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and Germany. The german consultancy firm GKW CONSULT/C3E, official consultant for this project, contracted IOWater for the implementation of the tasks and activities dedicated to the Training and Improvement Programme

Description of services provided by IOW: 

The tasks conducted by IOWater were the following ones:

  • Complete audit upon the training needs of the Sanitation and Environment Direction (SED) of ONEP, based on the “per competency” approach
  • Design of a 4-year training master plan for the SED
  • Training of Trainers
  • Organization of technical trainings implemented by 6 external specialists
  • Audit of the existing procedures and operational structures
  • Recommendations
